Play Blackjack Online For Real Money

Players from all over the world have heard that Blackjack is one of the games that is most easily manipulated in your favour. Having a practical system to count the cards can theoretically help you gain an edge over the casino. However, that is not the most effective strategy when you are playing real money Blackjack and it certainly won't work when there is a random number generator being used for the cards in an online scenario. It's obviously going to be very difficult for you to use this type of strategy online but that doesn't mean that there aren't other more ethical ways to win big.

Rules for Real Money Blackjack

Blackjack is typically played with one or more standard decks of 52 cards. Each of the cards are assigned a point value. The cards with the numerical value of 2 through 10 are worth their face value. Kings, Queens, and Jacks are each worth 10. Aces can be worth 1 or 11. The purpose of this game is to come out with a set of cards whose total is closest to 21 without going over. You are playing against the dealer primarily and you want to have a total closer to 21 than the dealer has.

When you play Real Money Blackjack the best total you can get is 21 on the nose with just two cards, the two original cards you were dealt. This is called Blackjack. Blackjack pays 3 to 2 which means that if you get a 21 total value from your first two cards and you placed a bet a $5 you will win $7.50. If the dealer also has a two card total of 21, this is considered a tie and you simply get back your original bet. If the dealer ends up drawing a third card or more in order to complete 21 but you still had 21 with your original two then it is a 3-2 to pay off as well.

When you play a live dealer version of Blackjack for real money you will see the tables that are used in traditional casinos. If you play online in a virtual setting without the life dealer component your screen will show a digital version of the table. The table is an arc shaped table designed to house up to seven players all around the arc and have the dealer opposite the players.  At the corner of the screen, where the table is, you will see a rectangular placard most of the time that tells you what the minimum and maximum bets are and the different variations that are allowed on that table. If you are playing a live dealer real money blackjack game you will probably see these listed before you sign up for the game and enter into the virtual setting, but you might just see them listed on the website. The sign on the site might say something like Blackjack $5 to $2,000 split any pair three times. This simply means that it is a blackjack game where the minimum is a $5 bet and the maximum is a $2,000 bet you can split your pair based on the rules if you have multiple sets of matching cards.

When you play online you might find a game that uses 4 decks of cards, 6 decks of cards, even 8 decks of cards. The purpose of adding extra decks is so that you can't count them as easily, so this applies much more but they will still on the casinos what number of decks are being virtually shuffled.

In order to start the game when you play blackjack with online casino bonuses, you place your bet by clicking on the chips and clicking on the Square in front of you to place your chips in that square. If you are playing a game with multiple virtual players, Everyone has to place their bets and the game doesn't begin until that is done. Once that is done the dealer will provide everyone with two cards face down.  You get to see the Dealer's cards because they are distributed face up, so you know what total the dealer has. Once cards are dealt you get to look at your hand and figure out what you want to do next.

If for example you see that your total is exactly 21 then you won't want to take any more cards and you'll probably just hang tight. If you are playing with multiple players in a virtual setting everyone has the opportunity to make a decision as to what their next move is. The dealer has to draw more cards until they get a total of 17. You as the player can choose to hit. When you hit that means you take another card so as to try to get your total closer to 21.  If your total goes over 21 then you bust, and you lose. If you want to keep the total you have, or you have chosen to hit and now your total is closer to 21 and you want to keep that total, then you stand. When you stand that means no more cards are going to be given to you.
